Protein Pancakes are as good as regular pancakes.  One thing you should not eat on a healthy diet is white flour.  So,  I had a hard time not eating my kids Bisquick pancakes in the morning before I found these.  Lots of people I know make these up and take them with them as a snack instead of a shake.

Ingredients:

1 ½ scoops vanilla Protein Powder

½ cup of Oatmeal

½ cup egg whites

Cinnamon

½ tsp. vanilla

¼- ½  cup of water

Preparation:
Cook oatmeal, a little cinnamon, and enough water to cover the oats in the microwave in a bowl for 2-3 minutes.

Add 1 ½ scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder

Add ½ cup egg whites

Add ¼- ½ cup of water depending on thickness

Add ½ tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients with a spoon, mixer, or my favorite the blender

Anyway you mix it will taste great

You can either make 2 small pancakes or one larger one (make sure it is done enough to flip)
