Fit Physique Track Workouts

Fit Physique track workouts are a great way to tone up for the summer months and have fun with a supportive group of women. Everyone works at their own level, so you can be beginner to advanced and you will receive an amazing workout.  We will meet 3 days a week, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I will provide resistance bands and ask you to bring your own mat.  The workouts will consist of a dynamic stretch, core circuit, upper and lower body resistance training, and also a cool down at the end. 

When?  Starts June 2nd

Where? Bob Amos Park Pikeville, KY

Time? 6:30-7:30am

Nutrition Workshop  

I will be having a Nutrition Workshop to kick off my summer Fit Physique track workouts.  This workshop is a great way to get started on a healthier lifestyle.  I will go over the best foods to help you reach your goals faster and the timing of the foods to help you gain lean muscle and lose the fat.   

When? Tuesday June 2nd

Where? 120 Pheasant Dr. Pikeville, KY

Time? 8:30-10:30am
